Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy explains how Tracevia ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through tracevia.site and, once available, the Tracevia application.

What we collect

  • Information you submit through our early-access and contact forms: name, business email, company, company size, use case and message.
  • Emails you send to us.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends when loading the site (such as IP address and browser type), processed by our hosting provider to serve and secure the site.

The interactive demo on this site runs in your browser using fictional sample data. Nothing you do in the demo is sent to us.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and manage early-access requests.
  • To send updates about Tracevia you have asked for.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell personal information.

Customer data in the application

When the Tracevia application launches, customers will upload business records such as supplier documents, batch records and inspection results. Customers control that data; we process it only to provide the service under our agreement with them. Details will be set out in customer terms before launch.

Third parties

We use service providers to host this site, deliver email and receive form submissions. The Tracevia application is designed to run on Amazon Web Services. These providers process data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep enquiry and early-access information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete it on request or when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing ademola@tracevia.site. Depending on where you live, data-protection law (such as the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023) may give you further rights.
