These terms govern your use of tracevia.site and any early-access version of the Tracevia application we make available to you.
The service
Tracevia is software for recording and tracing product, supplier, batch, inspection and shipment information. It is in development. Early-access features may change, be incomplete or be withdrawn.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
- Make sure you have the right to upload any records you add.
- Remain responsible for your own quality, safety, recall and regulatory decisions.
AI-assisted output
Tracevia uses AI to extract document data, highlight patterns and answer questions. Output can be incomplete or wrong. Always check it against the source records before acting, especially for product holds, releases or recalls.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
We own the Tracevia software, site and brand. You own the data you upload and give us permission to process it to provide the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The site, demo and early-access service are provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
